Mariah Sargent is the Business Development Director for Army and Other Defense Agencies at CGI Federal, where she drives strategic growth and delivers innovative solutions for our clients. Mariah leads end-to-end business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, qualification, capture strategy, bid and proposal management, and post-submittal oversight for both new and recompete contracts. She is committed to expanding CGI Federal’s footprint by cultivating enduring client relationships and maximizing the value of existing partnerships.
With deep expertise in federal contracting, Mariah excels in marketing, strategic planning, proposal development, and full-cycle contract and project management. Her background brings extensive experience supporting mission critical aviation and weapons systems platforms, driving information technology and software modernization efforts, lifecycle sustainment, training, logistics support, foreign military sales initiatives, and complex systems integration projects across global environments.
Mariah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and is passionate about delivering results that support our clients’ missions worldwide.
