Luis Hernandez serves as the Director of Consulting Delivery for the Visa and International Credentials sector within International Affairs (IAF) at CGI Federal, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of CGI, Inc. He is responsible for managing international operations. Mr. Hernandez brings a diverse background in global operations, cost management, market and competitive analysis, business processes, and financial management. He holds an MBA in International Business from James Madison University / Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from Ohio Wesleyan University.
