Leslie Pierce brings over two decades of expertise in housing program operations and business process services. A recognized leader in affordable housing initiatives, Mr. Pierce has worked extensively with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and housing authorities nationwide to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
He is an expert on the Housing Choice Voucher Program and has directed Performance-Based Contract Administration (PBCA) contracts and contact centers managing more than 300,000 units across multiple states. Passionate about expanding access to affordable housing and reducing barriers for underserved communities, Mr. Pierce was appointed to the Board of Directors of the National Leased Housing Association (NLHA), where he contributes strategic insights to advance quality housing solutions for low- and moderate-income Americans. In addition, he contributes to HUD policy focus groups, local boards, and has presented at national leadership conferences.
