With more than 20 years of experience working with Momentum, CGI’s web-based system designed to support the full federal financial, budget, asset and procurement management lifecycles, Sutch has played a key role in leading product management efforts, driving modernization and optimizing operational efficiencies through agency collaborations.
Her expertise in federal financial systems and digital transformation has helped government organizations strengthen security, improve service delivery and adapt to evolving technology needs.
Sutch holds a Bachelor of Science in business from American University and has spent more than two decades at CGI, leveraging her deep industry knowledge to advance strategic initiatives and enhance government technology solutions.
