Heather Price is a Vice President in the Civilian business unit at CGI Federal, a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of CGI, Inc. She is an Information Technology Program Manager specializing in large scale implementations of the Momentum Financials ERP and business intelligence solutions at federal agencies. With over twenty-five years of experience, Ms. Price has extensive expertise in strategy development, profit and loss operations, systems integration, software development, and business development. She has worked with federal organizations in the civilian and international affairs communities to improve operations through business and information technology solutions.
Ms. Price actively represents CGI Federal in industry organizations. She earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Virginia. Ms. Price currently holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), and Certified Agile VMO Practitioner certifications.
