Frank Su is a director within CGI Federal’s Civilian business unit, supporting the Health and Social Services sector. He leads the Health Plan Services segment, where he oversees the delivery of mission-critical IT services for clients including the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
With more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting, Frank is a seasoned business-technology leader known for driving digital transformation and operational efficiency. He holds certifications in PMP, SGP, CSM and Lean Six Sigma, and brings deep expertise in program and task order management, PMO leadership, client engagement, business development and capture strategy.
Frank’s teams are focused on innovation and continuous improvement, with an emphasis on native AI integration, customer experience, system performance and technical debt reduction.
