Donna Bernier has more than 30 years of experience in federal financial management, system technology implementation and business transformation.
Leveraging insights gained through working with complex federal programs, Donna has developed various solutions for federal grant programs. This included business process reengineering efforts, implementing tools for performance measurement, and implementing process and technology enhancements to help her clients run their programs.
Donna holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Alabama. She also holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA), from the University of West Florida.
