David Comiskey is a project manager at CGI Federal, where he leads, manages, and maintains long-term, large scale technology projects from inception through launch and beyond. With experience in project-level and enterprise-level management, he oversees a mix of federal government and commercial clients. David also guides cross-functional teams made up of architects, developers, business analysts, testers and project managers.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Agilist, SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (5.1) and Scrum Master, and also holds a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.
