David leads the CGI UK Global Technology Operations business delivering services to clients in both the public and commercial sectors including Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Defence and Department of Energy and Climate Change, Shell, Countrywide and Taylor Wimpey. David has led Applications, Business Process Outsourcing and Infrastructure organisations in the UK and Europe. He has significant experience of working with local and global clients as well as developing innovative technology capabilities/offerings from scratch in many countries.
David is passionate about quality of service and is especially proud of having the only 5 star certified service desk in the world, which regularly gets plaudits from clients. David loves technology and what it can do for his clients; he has pioneered innovative technology offerings throughout his career, recently delivering, for secure Government clients, iPhone, Android and Windows mobile solutions as well a secure Cloud offering described by one of these clients as “unbeatable”.
