Tara McGeehan

Tara McGeehan was appointed President of CGI’s UK Operations in January 2018 and Australia operations were added to her responsibilities in May 2019.  She leads a multi-national and culturally diverse team of approximately 6,000 professionals and consultants and is passionate about diversity and encouraging young people and women to enter the technology industry.

Tara is committed to leading an organisation that is a responsible business and is committed to a more inclusive and sustainable world. She is extremely proud of the work CGI does which continues to build on a long and unique heritage, delivering some of the most complex mission-critical programmes in the UK.

Tara enjoys contributing as a thought-leader, sitting on numerous forums and advisory boards she helps shape the technology industry and champions crucial topics such as sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, STEM, and innovative use of technology.

Tara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and has been a loyal and often disappointed follower of both the Yorkshire and England cricket teams over several years.
