RMS Predictive Analytics uses machine learning algorithms to build statistical models of your assets and to detect abnormal behaviours ahead of alarm notifications.

By training failure classification models, RMS is able to predict critical issues at specific components and calculate their time-to-failure within time windows ranging from short to long term.

Generg goes international

Hot on the heels of a successful implementation of the RMS platform for renewable plants in Portugal, European energy producer Generg has signed a contract with CGI to integrate their international portfolio.

The first site – the Bois Jolie wind farm in France – has already been connected to Generg’s renewables operation centre. Wind and solar PV plants across France, Italy, Poland and Bulgaria are slated to be integrated into the platform over the coming months. This will enable Generg to monitor, operate and improve the performance of their diverse, multi-technology portfolio seamlessly across country borders, from a single platform.

RMS now IoT compliant

The Internet of Things (IoT) continues to excite the imagination of businesses and technology vendors. Many organisations which deal with large volumes of data, such as those in renewable energy production, are recognising the value of connected or intelligent assets, which can be an essential ingredient for successful digital transformation.
