Timothy Murphy is the Vice President of Corporate Services at CGI, based in Fairfax, Virginia. He oversees Contracts, Subcontracts, and Procurement. His role drives strategic efficiency, business enablement and federal mission delivery across CGI.
With more than 20 years of operations leadership experience, Tim is known for improving processes, raising performance, and ensuring teams have what they need to deliver mission outcomes with integrity. His collaborative approach and focus on continuous improvement help align people, processes, and technology with enterprise goals and long‑term growth.
Tim holds a Master of Science in Judicial Administration from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from SUNY Geneseo.
