Ms. Ricks serves as Vice President of Strategic Engagement and Insights at CGI Federal. She leads a dynamic team dedicated to fostering connection, mentorship, and professional development, which strengthens corporate culture, enhances business enablement, and empowers everyone to thrive. Working across the organization to boost the CGI Partner experience, her team uses business intelligence and integrated frameworks to unlock the full potential of teams – enabling bold thinking, innovation, and an ecosystem of excellence.
As an advocate and mentor for local communities, Rashida has broadened CGI Federal’s community partnerships by supporting impactful nonprofits throughout the National Capital Region. This includes collaborating with Spur Local, which aids over 400 nonprofit organizations in the DC area with capacity building. In addition, she is dedicated to mentoring future technology leaders through partnerships with George Mason University and the Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation via the Commonwealth Cybersecurity Initiative’s internship program. She also serves as a strategic advisor on the Board of Visitors for University of Tennessee College of Emerging and Collaborative Studies, shaping the future of interdisciplinary studies through industry-academic collaboration that cultivates curriculums remaining at the forefront of emerging trends.
Rashida is an experienced leader with the proven ability to assemble highly skilled cross-functional mentoring and coaching teams through ongoing training, competency building, and succession planning.
