Rashida Ricks serves as Vice President of Strategic Engagement and Business Operations, accelerating the delivery of CG’s business goals by bringing together diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), business intelligence, operations and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs. With a career that spans over 20 years, Rashida has successfully unlocked program gaps, identified operating efficiencies and implemented innovative solutions that incorporate people, processes, and technology. Rashida has consistently demonstrated outstanding business acumen throughout her career, intentionally approaching all aspects of the business with an inclusive lens.
As an advocate and mentor within local communities for historically underrepresented individuals interested in STEM careers, Rashida serves on the board of directors for Community Transformation Partners (CTP), a non-profit focusing on public health, holistic wellness and economic mobility in marginalized communities. She also serves on the Diverse by Design Advisory Board for Per Scholas, an organization committed to advancing economic equity for women and people of color through offering tuition-free IT training and connecting skilled talent to leading businesses.
Rashida is an experienced leader with the proven ability to assemble highly skilled cross-functional teams, mentoring and coaching teams through ongoing training, competency building, and succession planning. She has built a long track record of transforming program portfolios and building innovative solutions in collaboration with members, clients, and business partners.
