Pete Sittenauer, a U.S. Army veteran, serves as Director of Business Development and Senior Advisor for the Army Mission Support Portfolio at CGI. He has extensive experience with military command and control systems, foreign military sales, defense weapon systems and strategic planning.

After dedicating 29 years to service in the Army and attaining the rank of Colonel, Pete joined CGI in 2026, devoting his civilian career to delivering quality products and services to the warfighter.

During his time in uniform, Pete served in a wide range of leadership roles across the U.S., Europe and Southwest Asia. For several years, his work centered on integrating and advancing the Army’s lethal and non-lethal fires capabilities at the theater level, supporting the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) and the U.S. European Command (EUCOM). He also served as adviser to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including on-the-ground assignments in Kyiv in 2023.

Pete holds a master’s degree in Military Art and Science (MMAS) from the U.S. Army School of Advanced Military Studies; a master of science in administration (MSA) from Central Michigan University; and a bachelor of arts from the University of Kansas.
