Michael Wittman is a vice president at CGI Federal, where he leads strategic delivery efforts across federal national and defense health programs. With more than 25 years of experience in government IT, Mr. Wittman has held leadership roles at Peraton, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton and American Management Systems, supporting mission-critical initiatives for agencies such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Defense Health Agency and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
He brings deep expertise in digital transformation, program management and health IT modernization, helping clients drive measurable outcomes through purpose-built, results-driven consulting services. Mr. Wittman holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management information systems from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce. In 2025, he was named to the prestigious FORUM IT100 list, recognizing top leaders driving innovation and impact across the federal IT landscape.
