Lucien Millette is a seasoned technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in systems analysis, software development and large‑scale application delivery. In his current role supporting the U.S. Marine Corps’ Blount Island Command, he oversees the full lifecycle of the Marine Corps Platform Innovation Center (MCPIC) 2.0 suite, ensuring successful project execution, government acceptance testing, resource alignment and user training.
Previously he served as a solutions specialist and project manager, directing multi‑disciplinary development teams, producing detailed technical design documentation and supporting mission‑critical Marine Corps systems.
Lucien holds a master’s degree in computer and information sciences from the University of North Florida and a bachelor’s in mathematics and computer science from the College of the Holy Cross. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
