Kristi has eight years of experience as a Salesforce administrator. Prior to joining CGI, she was the Salesforce admin for an international medical humanitarian aid organization. During her tenure at CGI she has worked on numerous successful Salesforce implementation across multiple industries, including manufacturing, utilities, and nonprofit/nongovernmental. From her humble beginnings with Salesforce  as an accidental admin to working as a lead Salesforce consultant for CGI, her passion for logistics and business improvement has driven her in her eight year journey as a Salesforce consultant. Her Salesforce implementations have involved: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ, FSL, and integrations to other systems. Kristi is highly passionate about adoption and training end users on the Salesforce platform. She leads the CGI Salesforce training and adoption team, where she works with clients to ensure that their implementation has successful adoption.
