Jay Hadley leads the Civilian business unit within CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI Inc., which serves CGI’s clients across civilian, health, defense and intelligence sectors of the U.S. federal government.
Mr. Hadley is responsible for shaping and executing business and solutions strategy across a diverse client portfolio focused on public health, economic stewardship, national aviation and transportation infrastructure, veterans’ affairs and citizen-facing services and benefits. He leads teams delivering aviation modernization, connected health solutions, financial management transformation, and more accessible, digitally enabled services for the American public.
Throughout his career, Mr. Hadley has led high-growth teams serving U.S. federal, state, commercial and international clients. He has supported mission-critical programs in areas including human health, energy, regulatory compliance, environmental stewardship, transportation and financial management.
Mr. Hadley has held leadership positions across government markets spanning profit and loss operations, business development, sales operations and strategic planning. He leads interdisciplinary teams focused on transforming how government agencies use technology, modernize systems, manage data and engage stakeholders to achieve measurable mission outcomes.
Mr. Hadley holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duke University. He is committed to advancing conversations between government and industry as an ACT-IAC Fellow.
