Erik is a retired Marine with extensive leadership acumen that was derived from over 24 years of active-duty service in Department of War operations. His analytical expertise was honed from those years spent as a Communications-Electronics Maintenance Chief. He gained operational experience by deploying three times to Afghanistan supporting in various roles from expediting the maintenance / deployment of operational communication systems, to insider threat mitigation, as well as playing a key role in the retrograde of Marine Corps assets.
