David Kwon is a vice president in CGI Federal’s Civilian business unit, overseeing the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation and Department of the Treasury sector. He is responsible for the execution and delivery of services across these critical accounts.
With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Kwon has led transformation efforts for federal and commercial organizations, focusing on system modernization and digital innovation. Over that time, he has specialized in implementing, integrating and maintaining enterprise resource planning systems for federal agencies.
In his role as a sector leader, Mr. Kwon directs mission-critical initiatives that include business engineering strategies, enterprise system consolidation, cybersecurity adoption and cloud migration.
