Wade leads technical operations for CGI Federal's Mission IT services supporting a large federal department's global financial management mission. Recognized across CGI Federal as a leader in artificial intelligence and innovation, he is driving AI adoption across his accounts. He has deployed AI capabilities to accelerate application discovery and modernization, builds AI-native applications, and embedded generative AI into the software delivery lifecycle. He recently shared his approach to AI adoption as a featured speaker at CGI Federal's annual leadership tour.
Wade brings more than 17 years of experience, including 14 years at CGI. He began his career as a DevOps engineer and build manager and has since served in technical leadership and program management roles supporting federal financial management clients. His experience includes leading major enterprise financial system upgrades and architecting enterprise integrations across multiple federal agencies.
Looking ahead, Wade is uniting his technical teams under a new AI-assisted, spec-driven development model, building on the AI foundation he has established.
He holds a B.S. in Mathematics with a focus in Computer Science from the University of Virginia's College at Wise.
