Chad currently serves as a Director of Consulting Services at CGI, where he leads Regional DAI, RFX Enterprise Surge Support, MILPERS, MCICOM G8, and MCICOM FMIS projects. He oversees more than 56 employees across multiple Marine Corps initiatives, manages day‑to‑day project operations, and maintains strong relationships with senior clients and partners. As the USMC Sector’s Robotic Process Automation Lead, he collaborates across 17 projects to drive automation integration, ensure compliance under SBIR contracts, and deliver efficiencies that improve accuracy and reduce workload across the enterprise. He also played a key role in preparing the Marine Corps for audit readiness, supporting the FAIR IT and SBA audits. Throughout his career, Chad has been recognized for his ability to modernize financial operations leading DAI transition and sustainment efforts for multiple Marine Corps organizations, developing standardized reporting strategies, improving command‑level budget execution processes, and advising senior leaders on financial compliance and resource optimization. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and maintains numerous professional certifications DoD FM Certification Level 3, and multiple Marine Corps financial management and internal control qualifications.
