Anneli Connell, PMP is an accomplished consulting leader known for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and leading high‑performing, mission‑focused bid teams across the federal marketplace. As a Capture Director at CGI, she leads strategic pursuits that accelerate outcomes for agencies while coaching colleagues to elevate capture, proposal, and delivery excellence—recognition that includes CGI’s Civilian Inspires Award for outstanding support to the business and peers.
Earlier in her career, Anneli served as Associate Director of Capture at Guidehouse, where she advanced pinnacle pursuits across defense, intelligence, and civilian segments and championed solutions spanning AI, cyber, cloud, healthcare, infrastructure, and logistics. She also served as a Capture and Proposal Manager for several years with small businesses driving growth.
Anneli actively engages in the government technology community. She volunteers with ACT-IAC, contributing to planning and session development for the events and forums. She also participates and volunteers with in AGA’s Washington DC Chapter events. A longtime AFCEA NOVA contributor, Anneli has served in leadership roles—including WIN Board Co‑Chair and Small Business Committee leadership—and earned chapter recognition for emerging leadership and meritorious service.
She holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential, the ISO 9001 certification, and the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is a graduate of Syracuse University, Maxwell School.
