He works closely with executive leaders to modernize their organizations through managed services, digital transformation and AI-enabled business models.
Amar leads the development of multi-year programs and large-scale partnerships across industries, including financial services, energy and utilities, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, communications and government. His expertise spans managed IT services, business process outsourcing, consulting services and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), with a particular focus on designing commercial models that align innovation, business outcomes and sustainable growth.
Known for his ability to bridge business strategy and technology execution, Amar frequently engages with C-suite leaders on emerging trends in outsourcing, AI-driven pricing and delivery models, and the future of enterprise services. He has cultivated an extensive network across the global technology ecosystem, including industry analysts, advisors, private equity and venture capital firms, technology alliance partners and business leaders.
Amar holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. He has also completed executive education programs at MIT and Singularity University.
