Vishal Ranjan leads the Regulatory Agency Programs (RAP) business unit at CGI Federal, a wholly-owned U.S. operating subsidiary of CGI, Inc., which serves CGI’s clients across civilian, defense and intelligence sectors of the U.S. federal government.
With more than 22 years at CGI, Mr. Ranjan brings a strong record of stakeholder engagement, operational discipline and results-driven leadership. He manages a broad portfolio of business and solution delivery for regulatory agency clients, driving profitable growth and advancing innovation through Strategic Alliance partnerships. He has supported clients in critical areas, including nuclear energy, regulatory compliance and financial management.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Ranjan has also been recognized for strengthening talent development through mentorship, career growth initiatives and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
Mr. Ranjan graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in Accounting and Information Systems and holds a PMP certification.
