Rich Bissonette serves as Senior Vice-President, leading the acceleration of CGI’s Credit Studio product roadmap and transformation journey. He previously served as the leader for CGI’s U.S. Industry Solutions business unit, where he provided executive oversight and general management for CGI’s U.S.-based intellectual property solutions, which include CGI’s Advantage ERP solutions for state and local government, as well as our financial, healthcare provider, environmental, utility, and insurance solutions.
Rich has more than 25 years of experience in business management within the IT services industry. His experience spans federal, state and local government, as well as the commercial sector, and covers the delivery of IT-managed services, product development and support, and consulting.
Rich has been with CGI since joining American Management Systems (AMS) in 1987. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
