Lori Ortega is Federal Director of CGI’s newest Onshore Delivery Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she is responsible for engaging with ecosystem partners, supporting area workforce development, and providing opportunities for the community’s students, graduates and professionals. She is a strategic partner with the CGI Federal account owners to support business growth and engage CGI members.
For more than 30 years, she has served CGI clients in the commercial and government sectors. Leveraging a strong business background and experience spanning program delivery, business development and operations, she helps clients achieve their digital transformation objectives. By building relationships, running operations at maximum efficiency and aligning teams under a common vision, Lori maximizes collaboration and improves outcomes resulting in the delivery of high quality solutions.
Lori has also held strategy and management positions at Deltek, where she oversaw projects related to change management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, reporting and lifecycle management. At Deltek, she established a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant IT organization in preparation for the company’s IPO in 2007 and served as project manager for a major product release.
Lori earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Muhlenberg College and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University.
