As Vice President for CGI Government Solutions, Jennifer leads the strategy and execution of customer experience to ensure success for public sector clients. Before joining CGI, Jennifer spent 24 years in state government, most recently serving as State CIO and Secretary of the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology. In that role, she led large-scale modernization initiatives with a strong focus on accessibility, security, reliability, and user-centered design. Her government leadership experience spans budgeting, revenue and taxation, emergency management, and homeland security, providing her with a deep understanding of the operational and mission-critical needs of public sector organizations. Jennifer holds a BA in History from the University of Missouri–Columbia and an MA in Security Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
