With over 25 years of dynamic experience, Ellen Rutledge is a career-long health and human services professional. Her career spans roles with the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program, serving as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for Wyoming, managing privatized child support offices and supervising child support attorneys. Ellen has also provided corporate support and training for attorneys and project managers.
At CGI, Ellen manages a federal child support grant while supporting a myriad of other government projects. Her leadership extends to national child support associations. She is a past president of the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council (WICSEC) and a National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA) board member. Ellen is a member of the Missouri and Wyoming bar associations.
