Cintia Runha serves as Senior Vice-President, Consulting Services and Interim Business Unit Leader for CGI’s U.S. West Business Unit, where she oversees operations across eight states. In this role, she is responsible for setting strategic direction and driving performance across service delivery, business development, client relationships, and overall growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in information technology and consulting services, Cintia has led large-scale system implementations and digital transformation initiatives for complex organizations. She partners closely with clients’ senior executives to align technology strategies with business objectives and deliver measurable, long-term value.
Cintia currently leads a team of more than 400 consultants and is known for building high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. A strong advocate for innovation, she is actively advancing the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and transformation.
Cintia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and has completed the General Management Certification program at UCLA.
