In this “What is DE&I, really?” story, Abi, a CGI partner and member of our LGBT+ and Allies Network, shares what it feels like to walk through the world as a bigender, trans person. While the outside world can be intimidating, Abi describes how stepping into CGI brings a sense of relief, where being herself doesn’t come with judgment, but support.

Her ask is simple: don’t treat me differently. Help make sure trans voices are heard and supported, like any other. That’s how we live our values at CGI, taking ownership of inclusion and creating a workplace that’s truly unconditionally inclusive. And that’s DE&I, really.
