- Financial benefits
As a CGI member, you have access to a very competitive pension, where you can choose from a core contribution of 2%, up to 8% of your salary. We contribute up to 10% to your plan dependent on the contribution level you choose.
Share Purchase Plan (SPP)
Our SPP enables you to purchase CGI shares on a monthly basis. We will match your contributions up to a maximum of 3% of your salary.
Profit participation plan
You’ll participate in the rewards that come from our growth. This plan distributes a portion of our profits based on the achievement of our financial objectives, as well as individual performance.
Member discount scheme
We give you access to savings from hundreds of retailers all year round.

Health and wellbeing
We do all we can to ensure your happiness and health at CGI. Alongside a choice of medical coverage options, our members can call on wellbeing support, counselling and support services for themselves and their families.

Oxygen is our health and wellbeing programme, which raises awareness and offers support for all our UK members. It focuses on mental health, ergonomic issues and health risks.
Member Assistant Programme (MAP)
MAP offers you and your family free and confidential psychological counselling and support services for personal or professional challenges.

You can opt for a range of medical and dental coverage to suit your individual or family needs as part of our flexible benefits package.
Cycle to work scheme
Are you going to commute to work by bike? If so, we can help you to fund a new bike through our flexible benefits package.
Protecting your work life balance underpins our culture and values. Flexible holiday allowance, social clubs, events, and inclusive support and community networks allow you explore your passions and interests in and out of the office.
- Social benefits
We give you 25 days’ of annual leave, plus bank holidays. However, you also can buy or sell up to five days leave to suit your needs.
Every CGI office has a location champion team. They organise fun events including Bake Offs, lunchtime board games, cinema trips and more.
Sports and Social Club (SSC)
For £5 a month, you can join our SSC, which organises social events. These can be anything from silent discos to chilled-out cinema nights, so there is something for everyone. If you are sporty, there is also a range of activities and teams you can join.

One of our additional social benefits focuses around enabling your experience at CGI to be as authentic as you are. Diversity is central to who we are and that’s why we have specialist networks which are here to make you feel at home from your first day and encourage you to tell us what kind of company you’d like us to be. Below is an overview of some of our networks which you will be welcome and encouraged to join from day one.
Our Women’s Network offers a platform for members to recognise and celebrate each other’s achievements, giving them the chance to empower and support each other at work and beyond.
LGBT+ Network and allies
The LGBT+ network is open to all members and subcontractors who identify as LGBT+ and allies. We support and represent members from all minority sexual orientations and gender identities.
Parental Support Community
The Parental Support Community (PSC) is a community for members who are pregnant, on maternity/shared parental/adoption leave, or have returned to work following parental leave. The PSC aims to provide members with an information and support source and help everyone returning to re-integrate and build their confidence.
A platform for members to empower and support those of minority ethnicities within our offices and to celebrate various cultures within CGI.
The Capability Network aims to create positive and open communication surrounding disabilities. We aim to connect members of all capabilities and create a space to share ideas, experiences and advice.
