Steve Ridley

Steve joined CGI in 1997, implementing and developing solutions for our UK and U.S. utilities clients. He has over 24 years’ experience working for our clients in the utilities sector, supporting asset operation and maintenance, capital work process optimization, operational efficiency and development of grid modernization strategy.

He leads the digital transformation offerings practice responsible for using technologies to help solve client challenges with a focus on grid modernization and the energy transition. Steve applies his deep understanding of regulated and unregulated utility operations to develop innovative digital strategies and roadmaps, in collaboration with clients, the CGI intellectual property solutions group and business partners to deliver transformational results.

Steve currently focuses on supporting our clients with their net-zero requirements, distributed energy resources (DERs) integration, regulatory compliance and general grid modernization initiatives.
