Lynne has 30 years’ experience of working in the NHS in Scotland. She has worked across Scotland in regional Boards and at National Board level in primary and community services, secondary care services across a range of specialties and at a national delivery level. In all of her roles, she has focused on service improvement and transformation to enhance the service offer to the public. Her strength and passion lies in stakeholder engagement, service design and digital transformation to enable the modernization of our NHS.
Since 2019, she has held a public sector appointment with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) the workforce regulator in Scotland for our carer workforce.
She has an MBA and Business Studies (Hons) Degree 2:1
