David Bolokan is a User-Centred Design Consultant in CGI’s Government and Justice business unit, specialising in accessible service design and AI-assisted prototyping. He works with teams to explore how AI can support user-centred design by accelerating the creation of journeys and testable prototypes, while keeping services anchored in user needs, accessibility and evidence-led design principles.
For clients, this means a faster route to usable prototypes, earlier testing and stronger collaboration, without compromising the quality and governance needed for public services. David is particularly interested in the role responsible AI can play in strengthening UCD practice across government and client environments.
