CGI’s Global Infrastructure Shared Service Team, based in Bridgend, Wales, consists of the service desk, IT infrastructure library® (ITIL®) functions and technical support services, employs over 800 people and supports more than 180 clients ranging from public sector organisations to leading UK multinational companies. Out of a shortlist of six leading shared services providers, the National Outsourcing Association (NOA) selected CGI for its vision and strategy, best practice and governance, innovation and benefits to clients. CGI consistently achieves over 94% customer satisfaction scores and over 90% first time fixes.
