Kam Bhatoa is the VP Business Engineering at CGI, bringing over 25 years of experience in delivering inclusive technology solutions within the public sector. Kam has a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing multi-million pound budgets across both the Public and Private sectors, from Discovery through to Public Beta in demanding multi-vendor environments.
Throughout her career, Kam has been dedicated to fostering diverse, energetic, and forward-thinking collaborative environments to address citizen-centric challenges. She deftly navigates complex ecosystems, recognising the value contributed by each supplier, and drives towards the right outcomes for government departments.
Kam is passionate about ensuring technology is inclusive and strives to develop an open, forward-thinking, collaborative environment that works to solve problems for the benefit of citizens. She understands the complexities of adopting new technology and appreciates that change takes time, but believes that as industry leaders, it is our responsibility to work closely with government departments to deliver the best possible outcomes for taxpayers.
