Chris is a Director within CGI’s UK business, leading Shared and Managed Services across key Public Sector, Government and Justice and Public Safety clients. He specialises in secure delivery, portfolio governance, and turning complex change and security requirements into pragmatic, deliverable roadmaps. Chris brings deep experience in managing large change portfolios, service delivery, and security oversight, ensuring that critical national services remain resilient, compliant, and operationally efficient.
He is recognised for creating structure and clarity in complex environments designing and running mechanisms such as the Virtual Security Management Office to give senior stakeholders a clear view of risk, change activity, and security posture across major programmes. Through his work, Chris helps CGI and its clients make confident, evidence-based decisions, strengthening shared and managed services while supporting government organisations to safely modernise and transform at scale.
