CGI-sponsored Dynamo North East’s Health & Social Care Tech Cluster is inviting innovative SMEs, VCSEs, academics and Health & Social Care professionals to get involved in this Population Health Management Design Sprint session on Wednesday, 26 May 2021 – 09:30-14:30.

There is a lot of data on poor ‘Population Health’ in the North East compared to the rest of the country.  The healthy life expectancy in the North East is consistently found to be below the national average and we currently face great health challenges such as rising level of diabetes, misuse of alcohol, high number of obesity and increasing number of deaths due to cardiovascular diseases.

CGI Directors of Consulting Services, Mark Thompson and Louis Constantino, will facilitate this Design Sprint session, considering the potential root causes of why the North East is falling behind the nation’s average health and wellbeing levels. They will explore the personas affected by poor population health and start the ideation process of digital solutions.

Following the session, participants will be tasked with going away and formulating their ideas independently, before pitching them to a panel of industry experts at the Dynamo 21 Annual Conference on 17 June.

This event is open to everyone, in particular North East SME's to help support business innovation.
