Maven Securities wanted a personal service from a dedicated consultant who would reliably manage the payroll function of the business. Maven Securities wanted to work with a provider that had strong knowledge of both UK payroll legislation and the administrative side of payroll systems – and it needed a provider that could respond flexibly while maintaining high-standards of accuracy.
Following some initial consultation meetings, Maven Securities selected CGI in 2021 to provide a managed payroll service. The process began by transitioning all payroll data to our systems, including validating the client’s data for accuracy and optimisation. We collaborated closely with Maven Securities throughout this period and the solution went live to target timescales.
