Our team attended the 2022 awards ceremony that celebrates excellence and innovative practice from individuals and companies in the contact centre and shared service industry across Wales.

This is a wonderful achievement that recognises the dedicated, hard work of our 430 service desk members in delivering quality services to our clients. Specifically, we operate ITSM processes for 150 public and private sector clients in the UK, handling 2 million contacts, managing 60,000 changes and proactively addressing over 1,000 problems each year. Highlighting our outstanding approach to customer service, this is achieved with a +93% customer satisfaction score.
