Two CGI Media Solutions were recognized in the 2020 Digital Media World (DMW) Awards, now in its fourth year. These awards attract a wide range of products and services that showcase trends in the broadcast industry during the year.
In the automation category, CGI’s OpenMedia StudioDirector 2.0 won the silver award. OpenMedia StudioDirector 2.0 extends MOS integration out to studio automation software, enabling a whole range of time-saving tasks to be completed from the running order.
In the production cameras category, CGI’s Viura radio visualization solution received special merit. Viura handles intelligent camera control in radio studios for editors and presenters. The solution works manufacturer-independent from playout and editorial software on the basis of selected video hardware and our control software.
