At CGI UK, we're committed to creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to be their authentic selves.

We are more diverse than ever before, but we understand that there is still a way to go. We are committed to actively listening, driving real change, and creating opportunities for all our CGI Partners, as well as across the broader industry.

Our UK LGBT+ Network

The Network is a community led by CGI Partners who identify as LGBT+ and allies to promote understanding and togetherness.

This amazing community holds regular social events, quizzes and competitions to get together and to celebrate significant days in the LGBT+ calendar. We also have a Teams channel that promotes open, supportive conversations, from our Glitter and Gossip Club, to recommending LGBT+ media and charities we can all support.

We're engaged with the other CGI UK DE&I Networks and share knowledge and best practice with LGBT+ networks in other organisations in our sector. Behind the scenes, the network committee works with HR and our DE&I Team to help ensure CGI is an inclusive place for everyone. This involves working on policies, recruitment and providing confidential support for any wellbeing queries from CGI Partners and leaders.

We know that being truly inclusive is all about community. We're proud to support some amazing local Pride events and LGBT+ charities through a range of activities, from fundraising and sponsorships to partnerships and joint events:

Local Pride events

We're proud to support local Pride events by attending with our LGBT+ Network and by sponsoring parades, accessibility areas, BSL services, and volunteer supplies. This year we're supporting Pride events in Cardiff, Cheltenham, Gloucester, London, Reading, and Solihull.
