CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A) has been selected by the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) for a two-year contract for the Defence Learning and Management Capability (DLMC) E-learning Applications Support and Development. CGI will work with LEO Learning to support the MOD’s development of a modern, integrated learning and management capability.

CGI and LEO Learning will design, develop and deliver a sustainable and secure pan-defence learning environment. The e-learning applications will build on industry best practice learning technologies such as Moodle, Mahara, Alfresco and Learning Locker, hosted on the MODCloud Internet Connected Environment (ICE) on an AWS platform. CGI and LEO Learning will work with the MOD to meet business needs through the exploitation of learning applications and technologies.
