Lisa Mountford is Vice President, Consulting Services at CGI, with more than 20 years’ experience leading technology, transformation and managed services across complex, highly regulated environments. She has executive accountability for a strategic government consulting portfolio, spanning commercial performance, operational delivery, organisational integration and senior client relationships.
Lisa has a long-standing relationship with DVSA, having helped grow DVSA into one of BJSS’s largest strategic accounts through executive engagement and delivery excellence, before continuing her leadership in Government and Justice at CGI. Her experience combines strategic partnership, commercial leadership and the delivery of high-profile transport programmes, with a particular focus on building trusted executive relationships and delivering sustainable outcomes through periods of transformation and change.
