Jonathan is a highly experienced professional with a distinguished 20-year career in Greater Manchester Police. He progressed through a range of specialist roles across priority crime units, intelligence, and custody, and has led both large and small teams within response policing and the Criminal Investigations Department (CID).
He is a qualified investigator, investigative supervisor, and specialist child abuse investigator, and previously served as the force Tactical Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Police National Database (PND). In this role, he provided strategic oversight and expert guidance on sensitive intelligence and information-sharing matters.
Since joining CGI in 2023, Jonathan has been applying his extensive policing background to business analysis and change delivery within the security and public protection sectors. He currently works closely with customers to develop analytical tooling, deliver training and communications, and support governance frameworks. Jonathan is particularly skilled in stakeholder engagement and multi-agency collaboration and is passionate about driving innovation that enhances CGI’s contribution to public safety and security.
