Jayne joined CGI in May 2014, having spent the previous 18 years working for another large MSP, she has over 28 years of experience in both private and public sectors accounts and has led large teams of people throughout her career, spanning early careers to highly experienced professionals.
As a leader of large teams, Jayne is passionate about career development, mentoring, and coaching individuals toward senior leadership roles. She has successfully guided numerous professionals in achieving promotions, leveraging her ability to influence, inspire, and effectively manage conflicts.
Throughout her career, she has advanced from a desktop engineer to delivery director and ultimately to a vice president, acquiring a diverse range of technical, commercial, and leadership expertise.
Jayne is a strong advocate for industry best practices, process optimisation, and standardisation, actively promoting the capture and reuse of intellectual capital to drive efficiency and innovation. Since 2019 she has been instrumental in CGI’s UK service desk retaining its SDI 5-star status.
