He has over a decade of technology experience across the UK and Europe and in areas covering operational leadership, customer service, sales and digital marketing.

Jack brings deep knowledge of the energy retail market having worked with suppliers and third-party intermediaries (TPIs) to deliver growth and innovation within the sector. He is an active commentator in the commercial energy sector and contributes to advancing industry education on regulation, tariffs and switching through his engagement with media organisations, trade bodies, and business industry.
