Gary is a Senior Cyber Security and Resilience professional at CGI with over 25 years’ experience across Critical National Infrastructure, government regulation, and complex IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. He brings deep technical, regulatory, and assurance expertise, having previously held roles at Ofgem and the Office for Nuclear Regulation leading cyber security assurance and enforcement aligned to NCSC CAF, NIS and NISR legislation. At CGI, Gary leads and promotes internal cyber capability and professional development across the CNI portfolio and is a globally recognised cyber security trainer, holding multiple certifications and Chartered Cyber Security Professional (ChCSP) status.
