Chris Kingsbury

With more than 14 years in the information technology industry, Chris has run CGI’s GTO Shared Service Configuration Management team for the UK for the past 7 years.

An ITIL qualified Service Control professional with a robust customer service background plus the ability to liaise and communicate at all levels. He is a dynamic and innovative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to work within agreed time scales.

Whilst specialising in SACM, Chris has also led teams in the Change Management, Cryptography, Service Request and Software Asset Management areas. With an ILM level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, Chris has a proven track record of being able to share his knowledge and experience both training and upskilling others.
